3. Stamping

4. Welding
The process of welding is to fuse two or two corners together by hot working. It looks like the original two workpieces are together. After welding, butt welds and spot welds are fully welded. After polishing, the polished surface must be brushed. The stainless steel weld scar is coarsely ground and polished and then drawn. After the drawing is completed, it is completed with a green clean cloth and then wiped;
5. Polish
Grind the surface of the shielding cabinet of the cabinet again. Use 120-mesh planting test sandpaper for the grinding plate. The shielding cabinet is drawn with wire. The corners that cannot be pulled by the cleaning cloth wheel are used for drawing. The corners that cannot be pulled by the cloth wheel are kept by hand push and pull scouring pads to keep the pattern onsistent;
6. Spraying
Put the product in the pickling tank, the surface of the product is pickled off to form a chemical reaction, and then the colored powder is sprayed on the surface to form a new surface;
7. Packaging
The finished product is packed in plastic film and cardboard boxes, and then fixed with a wooden shelf to avoid collision and damage to the surface of the product during transportation and cause defects.
