Project analysis:

Due to the limitations of site conditions, it is required to install an intelligent human-shaped channel system at the gate position to configure pedestrians and small motor vehicles to enter and exit. The workers use a three-roller gate product - a smart inclined three-roller gate for entry and exit, and a bridge-type angled swing gate for entry and exit of small motor vehicles.

The smart inclined three-roller gate uses a gate rod of Ø38, a length of 510mm, a gate machine height of 1000mm, and a card swipe to authorize a single person to enter and exit; the bridge-type angled swing gate uses a single swing gate rod of 545mm, a channel opening spacing of 1140mm, a gate machine height of 1200m, and a card swipe to authorize a single person and a small motor vehicle to enter and exit. This design scheme facilitates the supervision of access restrictions on the construction site, implements import and export management and monitoring for the entry and exit of workers and small motor vehicles, and maintains site security and accident supervision.

Product functions of the project:

1. Smart inclined three-roller gate

1. Rotation function: receive legal signals, push gently to assist rotation, run smoothly and gently without collision;

2. Prompt function: when illegal passage or gate rushing, an alarm will be automatically issued;

3. Rotation function: when reversal occurs during passage, the gate bar will automatically lock and issue an alarm, and automatically resume passage after the reversal external force disappears;

4. Rush function: when illegal passage or gate rushing occurs, the gate bar will automatically rotate to the corresponding angle and lock, realizing humanized injury prevention. When the external force disappears, it will automatically reset;

5. Unattended: the gate bar will automatically drop when the power is off, and automatically go up when the power is on;

6. Fast and silent: electric power, zero mechanical wear. About 45-60 people/minute

7. Anti-tailing function: the gate bar of the United States rotates 120 degrees. If there is tailing, the smart inclined three-roller gate machine will sense and automatically alarm or lock.

2. Bridge-type angled swing gate

4. Mechanical anti-pinch: According to the reasonable mechanical design of the gate itself, the mechanical anti-pinch function is realized. When the human body or object hinders the operation of the swing arm, the bridge-type angled swing gate system automatically detects and stops running. The swing arm swings with a small force to prevent injuries to people or objects;
