2. Access control self-service: APP
At present, with the emergence of various access control management APPs, this kind of problem has gradually been effectively solved. The access control management APP supports users to check the validity of the access control on the APP. It can provide online access control permission change service, so users only need to submit an application online, and the access authority change can be realized through online approval and audit. In addition, in terms of visitor management, the QR code of temporary visitors can be shared through the APP, which greatly simplifies the authorization process of temporary access control card for visitors and optimizes the use experience of the access control system.
3. The new architecture of access control system: Internet of Things
In the 1990s, the access control system architecture was RS485 bus mode; at the beginning of this century, access control system has been successfully transitioned from bus mode to IP network access control. IP network access control greatly promotes the scale development of access control systems. In recent years, with the rise of Internet of Things technology, the access control system IoT is coming comprehensively.
Under the architecture of the IoT access control system, the IoT access controller is connected to the IoT platform through MQTT, COAP, or HTTP protocol, and the IoT platform provides comprehensive support for the access, registration, identity authentication, OTA firmware upgrade, data encryption, data storage, and state synchronization of access controllers.
